AI reads that one message, suggests the task, the client, a time estimate and a slot on your calendar, and charges it to that client's budget once you approve it. Nothing goes on a calendar without your OK.

What does PlanMyHours do today?
It connects all your client calendars to one master calendar, puts private "Busy" blocks on each client's calendar so you don't get double-booked, and tracks your hours against each client's budget. It also has shareable client pages and project setup tools.
What's the "AI planning from client messages" part?
It's coming soon. You'll forward a client's email or WhatsApp message to PlanMyHours, and AI will suggest a task, the client, a time estimate and a calendar slot charged to that client's budget. You approve it before anything is added. Join early access to try it first.
Will PlanMyHours read my Gmail or WhatsApp?
Not in the first version. You forward individual messages, and PlanMyHours only sees what you forward. A direct Gmail connection may come later, and only after Google's security review. WhatsApp doesn't let apps read your personal chats, so for WhatsApp, forwarding to our number will stay the way in.
Can my clients see each other's meetings?
No. Other client calendars only show "Busy". The title, description, attendees and client name never appear there.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar, and you sign in with Google.
Do my clients need to sign up?
No. They keep using their own calendars. They only see your busy blocks and, if you share it, their client page.
How much does it cost?

Where is my data stored, and can I delete it?
