Our Mission
PlanMyHours is the studio workspace for a freelancer and for a small studio. A design practice, a build, a boutique, or an event opens a project that already has the work in it, with calendar management, client communication, and internal communication.
Our Story
After 15 years in regular jobs, I took the leap into freelancing and quickly discovered the real challenges that come with managing multiple clients and projects. Working with just 2 clients revealed critical gaps in how I was managing my time and coordinating my calendar.
The problems were clear: scattered calendars, missed deadlines, overlapping commitments, and the constant stress of wondering if I was properly tracking my hours. I needed a solution that could handle the complexity of freelance life without adding more complexity to my workflow.
That's why I built PlanMyHours - a tool born from real pain points that actually works for real-world freelance scenarios. It's the solution I wish I had when I started my freelance journey.
